3. Damaged or Defective Products

Once approved, we will:

4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 3 business days after approval
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Products damaged by water, accidents, or improper handling
6. Lost or Missing Packages
In rare cases where a package is lost during transit:
- We will either resend the product or issue a full refund
All orders are shipped with tracking for your security.
7. Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order, or before the order is shipped (whichever comes first).
